Elaine was born and raised in a rural community in Manitoba. She graduated from Victoria General Hospital as RN and worked in Public Health for many years in various locations. She also graduated with BScN from University of Alberta and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from University of Toronto. She married an Air Force Pilot and they have been wandering the world ever since. Elaine & her husband have three sons, one of whom has become a pilot and the others work in the computer industry. They also have 5 grand children whom they adore. As a cancer survivor, she tries to live life to the fullest. She loves to cook, entertain, travel and practice the art of photography.
Elaine is an exhibiting member of the Wellington Artists Gallery, The Button Factory Arts in Waterloo, Central Ontario Art Association (COAA) and exhibits at the Elora Centre for the Arts. She is a member of KWSA (Kitchener Waterloo Society of Artists). She loves to travel and capture the beauty of the world through photography.
